Our Anti-Vibration Carbide Milling Modular Shank is a high-performance tool made from super-hard tungsten carbide. It uses a unique carbide formula to achieve tenacity and durability, making it ideal for long deep hole processing (10D-12D). The straight shank structure allows for adjustable processing depth according to requirements.
The Multi-purpose tool bar features a special screw-tooth chain joint, which can be used for turning, milling, and ST boring. It increases the life of inserts and improves productivity. The tool bar screw thread is made by grinding process, ensuring a more stable and durable thread that's not easy to damage or collapse.
