1.All milling chucks undergo a sub-zero cryogenic treatment (-90 C) after heat treatment to remove residual Austenite.

2.Dynamically balanced to 20,000RPM at G2.5 by Haimer balancing machines at all locations for consistent balance.

3.Manufactured from alloy steel with good core strength and long wear life. Taper shank is case hardened to 56-60 HRC
Taper ground to AT3 or better accuracy standard for maximum contact with spindle.
