Carbide insert tool holder could be changed insert easily . External tool holder and internal tool holder for CCMT ,TCMT,CNMG,TNMG ,SCMT,SNMG,DNMG carbide inserts are the most efficiency and common for using . Threading and grooving tool holder are also for ISO standard carbide inserts like ER and IR series and MGMN series for korloy . 3/8" shank holders use TT-221 or TT-222. and all other sizes use TT-321, TT-322, or TT-323 for threading tool holder . TDC series of teagutec inserts would be applicable for our tool holder .
Features of carbide insert tool holder :
1. Available in 5 standard shapes or in sets.
2. AR and AL tools cut to a square shoulder.
3. BR and BL tools have a 15 degree angle.
4. E tools are for external threading.
5. TMX indexable carbide insert toolholder for turning, facing and profiling.
