KNUX Inserts
We are a manufacturer for Turning carbide KNUX insert which is one kind of Carbide CNC inserts for CNC tools. Knux inserts are extremely heat resistant and used for machining steels, cast iron, nonferrous materials, and other tough-to-machine materials. Knux inserts are commonly used at high cutting speeds for smoothing and finishing of the workpiece and can withstand higher temperatures than high speed steel.
Features of knux inserts :
1. Carbide Turning knux Insert 55° Parallelogram shape, 0.188" Thick, 0.02" Corner Radius
2. Grade & Application: C5 Multilayer TiN/TiC/TiCN/TiN coated grade. Provides longer tool life than uncoated grades. Used for machining carbon and alloy steels, tools steel and stainless steel
3. The coating allows the cutting edge of the knux insert to cleanly pass through the material without having the material gall or stick to it. The coating also helps to decrease the temperature associated with the cutting process and increase the life of the tool
4. Single Sided insert with molded chipbreaker
5. Better price comparing other famous brand seco, sandvik, teagutec, iscar, kyocera, sumitomo.
6. It is a suitable grade for a wide range of applications.
7. It is good for the finishing, semi-finishing and light roughing of steel, cast steel and stainless steel.
