Custom-Made Lathe Tool Holder Bushings with Tight Tolerances

 

Increase the diameter of boring bars, drill bits, and other shank-style cutting tools to securely fit CNC lathe tool blocks. These bushings are machined and ground to precisely fit both tools and tool blocks for optimal performance. Made of hardened steel, they are durable and stand up to the strain of CNC machining. They're Style C bushings, which means they have a slot in the side that clamps tools regardless of where tool-block set screws are located, making them compatible with all tool blocks.

 

Specifications of toolholder bushing:

 

The most flexible Tooholder Bushing for all types of CNC Turning Centers, Turret Lathes and Chuckers. The Elongated Slot gives the user a complete interchangeability with all brands of equipment. The added Set Screws in the Head allow for increased rigidity. The bushings are hardened and precision ground concentric. Can also be used for Preset Tooling.

Our type C Tool Holder Bushings are designed for universal application on all CNC turning machines. These type C bushings adapt to a wide variety of tools such as Boring Bars, Drills, Reamers and Shank type tools.

Our type Z Tool Holder Bushings are designed with added set screws in the head to allow for increased rigidity and insert alignment. The elongated slot gives the user interchangeability between all brands of equipment.

Our type B Tool Holder Bushings integrate a designed split with a flat on the O.D. for use in flexible manufacturing applications. They provide even pressure and maximum grip when clamping on the cutting tool due to their split design.

Our type J Tool Holder Bushings are designed with a long solid body that has two clearance holes for set screws allowing you to clamp directly onto the tool. They are used to adapt a wide variety of Boring Bars, Drills, Reamers and Shank type tools.
