Square tool rest: 1. Loosen: the motor of the tool rest is connected with a worm in the tool rest. When the motor of the tool rest rotates, the turbine matched with the worm rotates. The turbine is integrated with a lead screw (called "turbine screw"). When the lead screw rotates, it will rise (the nut that is screwed with the lead screw is integrated with the tool holder, when loosened, the tool holder does not move, so the lead screw will rise). After the lead screw rises, the pressure plate at the upper end of the lead screw rises Loosen the knife holder;
2 Tool change: After the tool holder is released, the lead screw continues to rotate and the tool holder rotates together with the lead screw under the action of friction to change the tool;
3 Positioning: There is an inductor made of permanent magnets on each tool position of the tool holder. When turning to the tool position required by the system, the magnetic sensor sends a signal, and the tool holder motor starts to reverse:,
4 Locking: The tool holder is installed with a mechanism similar to a ratchet and can only rotate in one direction. When the lead screw is reversed, the tool holder cannot move, and the lead screw moves down with the pressure plate to lock the tool holder and change the tool. Completed (the reversal time of the motor is set by the system parameters, it cannot be too long or too short, the tool holder cannot be locked if it is too short, and the motor is easy to burn out if it is too long...)
