Cemented carbide blades, its production process is mainly alloy blades made by powder metallurgy technology. Although it is manufactured by powder metallurgy, it is not like smelting steel as we usually see. It melts the ore and then injects it into a mold to form it. The carbide blade is made by using a carbonized powder. This carbonized powder must be melted at a temperature above 3000°C. When we heat this carbonized powder to more than 1,000 degrees Celsius, then use some process to burn it into a cemented carbide blade. And in the whole firing process, not only this kind of carbonized powder is used. In order to make these carbides stronger, some other powders will be added to it. We call this whole process sintering.

Two points in the sintering process are very important. That is, when we press tungsten carbide powder and cobalt powder according to the shape we need, we must be careful, because at this time, the metal particles of the two powders are connected to each other. If your strength is not If you grasp it well, then the whole powder will be crushed, and the tool will not be able to make a line. During the sintering process, we cannot increase the temperature to the highest level all at once, we must increase the temperature little by little.
