Cutoutil P-Type precision external turning tools are optimised for Swiss-type lathes and five-axis mill-turn centres machining medical bone screws, aerospace hydraulic fittings and mould core pins. The 95° PCLNR/L design provides maximum clearance when facing up to a shoulder, eliminating secondary deburring.

Micro-grained carbide shank guarantees ≤0.03 mm deflection at 3 × D overhang, allowing deep reach in narrow mould cavities. Precision-ground serrated pocket seats CCMT & CCGT inserts to ±0.002 mm repeatability, cutting set-up time by 40 %.

Black-oxidised surface prevents corrosion during coolant recycling systems common in automotive transmission plants.
