Built with a unique oval-pitch coil, the 120 N/cm² holding force stays uniform to ±3 % across the whole 200 × 560 mm – 800 × 1 000 mm range. The fully-molded epoxy coil and IP65 terminal box stop coolant ingress during 24-hour continuous duty, keeping thermal growth <10 µm/㎡. A 110 V DC, ≤2.4 A design draws 70 % less power than older chucks, cutting electricity cost per shift. Ground parallel to 0.005 mm and hardened to 58 HRC, the top plate needs re-grinding only after 5 000 hr of normal use. Choose from 13 stock models for Boyar-Schultz, Okamoto, Jones-Shipman and other medium-to-large surface grinders.
