Specifications of ccmt:

1). Using special grade ultrafine particles tungsten carbide powder,blade matrix has excellent strength and hardness;

2). The unique blade grooving design makes the edge more sharp, so the cutting efficiency was improved over 30%;

3). For high speed continuous turning on steel;

4). All inserts go through in-process and final inspection.

The high toughness substrate with TiAlSIN coating of ultrafine grain size ,are universal and suitable for the processing of stainless steel and high temperature alloy.
