What it is: H1 is a top-groove insert in the Cutoutil grooving line (G10E, G2, H1, ST20E) for external and internal grooving/parting.<br>Structure: sub-micron grain carbide with enhanced cobalt binder for thermal-shock resistance and edge security.<br>Coating: TiAlN/TiN multi-layer PVD, oxidation resistance to ~1000°C, low friction.<br>Workpiece materials: stainless 304/316/17-4PH/2205 duplex, Inconel 718, Hastelloy C276, Ti-6Al-4V.<br>Cutting condition: CNC grooving and parting; stainless 304 ~80-140 m/min, Inconel 718 ~40-70 m/min (with coolant), feed 0.02-0.10 mm/rev by groove width.<br>Machine & holder compatibility: use on CNC lathes with top-clamp grooving holders (G-type); match groove width 1.5-3.5mm to your part drawing.<br>Quality control: 100% dimensional and coating inspection, edge-prep honed 0.02-0.04mm.<br>OEM / ODM: groove width, edge prep and grade can be customized
