How to use the carbide burr ?

1.Speed /RPM The speed at which you use your carbide bur in your rotary tool will depend on the material you're using it on and the contour being produced but it's safe to say you do not need to exceed speeds of 35,000 RPM. The table below shows some approximate speeds. Diameter of Burr RPM 1.6mm or 1/16" 25,000 - 35,000 2.35mm or 3/32" 17,000 - 26,000 3mm or 1/8" 17,000 - 26,000 6mm or 1/4" 11,000 - 16,500 12mm or 1/2" 8,000 - 12,000 16mm or 5/8" 7,650 - 11,500 2.Apply only a little pressure As with all drill bits and burrs, let the burr do the work and apply only a little pressure otherwise the cutting edges of the flutes will chip away or become smooth too quickly, reducing the life of your burr.

1: What type of bit do you have in stock? A: It's hard to say. Because we produce the bit according to our produce plan. We not usually produce stock sell to individual buyer. So maybe there are some type have stock at hand but not many. Usually we don't have the bit you want at very little quantity. So please try to choose from the catalog we send you and get the exact information from our staff.

2. How is the package of the bur?

A: Single bur in plastic box. ( Tungsten carbide burr, HP, ceramic bur)

Five in one foil packing. ( FG)

Ten in one plasric box.( /FG diamond)

3. How long can I get the parcel? A: Normally depend on the quantity and producing plan. If your quantity too small and there's no stock, maybe you have to wait long time. And usaully about 1-2 weeks at normal quantity. But, it depend on the quantity you order.

4. What express do you use? A: We send by TNT( To U.S.A may transfer to Fedex). If you have consingee account number, we welcome you to use your apointed express.( DHL/UPS... If we can find in local place we will try to deliveron your need) If you want E pack, we also support by this way.
